Sandy's upbringing in foster care in France until the age of 18 shaped her journey into adulthood.
Despite facing numerous challenges, her determination to thrive never wavered. Graduating from high school at 21, she embarked on university studies at 32 while simultaneously raising her daughter Nikita as a single mother and juggling four jobs. Sandy's perseverance led to her graduation with distinction and honors at 41.
With three decades of experience in the education sector, Sandy has held various roles including childminder, foster carer, teacher, lecturer, and mentor, catering to individuals across all age groups. Sandy has been working closely with individuals from diverse nationalities and backgrounds for 2 decades as she serves for The Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe an environment that includes 32 nations where she is a teacher, lecturer and now mentors many young adults to help them thrive. Sandy has worked with hundreds of students from all over the globe.
Certified as a Teen Coach, NLP, Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Practitioner, Sandy is currently the CEO of Alpha Teen Coach, where she collaborates closely with parents and teenagers to foster strong familial bonds. Beyond her professional endeavors, Sandy finds joy in creativity, travel, backpacking, and embarking on adventurous activities, always cherishing quality time spent with her daughter.
Her dedication to helping families and teenagers reflects her deep passion for making a positive impact in their lives.

At the age of 23, Nikita embarked on an enriching journey, choosing to embrace the seasonal lifestyle of a Greek island she deeply connected with. Captivated by its charm, she made the decision to rellocate on the island.
With a background in education, Nikita has also experience in working with both young people and adults. She possesses a natural talent for customer relations and public relations, with significant experience in these fields.
Nikita's interests span across photography and technology, areas where she demonstrates exceptional skills. Fluent in English, French, and Greek, she effortlessly acquires languages, enriching her cultural understanding and communication abilities.

Sandy comes from a small village in Brittany, France. She grew up in Foster Care all her life. At age 18, the Foster Home she was in, kicked her out on the street and Sandy found herself facing daily challenges, totally alone with zero family, working every night in restaurants and night clubs to support herself financially as she was still in full time education.
She graduated from High School at age 21 with a "Secretary/Accountancy Qualification" and decided to go travelling backpacking for a few months after her graduation. She first travelled around France for a month and then decided to go to UK where she met her daughter's father. She moved to UK a year later and became a mum at age 23 of her beautiful daughter Nikita.
Unfortunately, the home environment was not safe for Nikita, so Sandy started her journey as a single mum just before Nikita's 3rd birthday. Sandy remained in the UK to ensure Nikita would grow up with the love of her father's family members, the only family she really knew and grew up with at the time. Sandy started working as a Childminder, Foster Carer & Teacher at the age of 24 and attended many courses working with children including psychology. A few years later, she decided to take her studies to the next level and enrolled with an online University whilst working full time and being a single mum from which she graduated with a "Batchelor Honours in Business" at age 41. Sandy has always liked organizational work and has a deep passion working with Children & Teens.
When Nikita reached her 10th brithday, a New Life started and both, mother and daughter moved to Belgium where Sandy worked as a Lecturer and Teacher on the "N.A.T.O" military base for both children and adults.
Sandy & Nikita had a beautiful and close relationship until Nikita's 16th birthday, when she started being influenced by very unhealthy and toxic relationships. The strong bond they had, started to fade away and the rocky mountain of struggles took place with a path that took 10 years to cross.
Durante esos 10 años, madre e hija experimentaron luchas tras luchas entre ellas. Su relación se convirtió en una historia de amor y odio, influenciada por muchos factores internos y externos. Algunos de estos factores incluyeron violencia física, abuso verbal, huidas de casa, decisiones poco saludables, relaciones tóxicas, ausencia de apoyo familiar, aceptación, tolerancia, resiliencia, ira, mal humor, control, autoritarismo, modales, autolesiones, discusiones, calificaciones escolares afectadas por ausencias escolares repetidas, falta de aprecio, interés y motivación, comunicación deficiente, consumo de sustancias nocivas, tratos con la policía, amenazas de muerte y algunos más... A pesar de todo, ambas trabajaron muy duro para reconstruir su relación, involucrando a diferentes psicólogos, lo cual tuvo un impacto más negativo que positivo en su relación madre-hija.
After many years of trials and errors, both took personnal help seperatly. Sandy started studying NLP and Mindfulness and was accredited certification, followed by Hypnosis which she currently studies at the Master Level. Nikita started personnal coaching and did a lot of deep work on herself with beautiful outcomes. Both were able to slowly embrace and accept circumstances and situations that seemed totally unrealistic and impossible to accept or deal with for that matter, a few years prior this personnal development.
The relationship evolved beautifully and grew into something absolutely wonderful and unbreakable after 10 years. Mother and daughter have learned so much from each other and the greatest gift of all is, the gratitude that came out of all those experiences even the most scary, terrible and painful ones. Accepting, forgiving and moving on gratefully from that particular Path is truly what saved their bond.
Today, Mother & Daughter are building Alpha Teen Coach together, making it a Premium Brand and working along side each other, creating programs and packages to support Teens, families, communities and schools experiencing similar situations and pain on their own journey.
El mayor deseo que tienen Sandy y Nikita es construir un legado juntos y crear un hogar para niños en un futuro cercano ofreciendo ayuda y apoyo a adolescentes y jóvenes que actualmente se encuentran en la calle sin ningún apoyo y ayudarlos a liberar el potencial infinito que tienen dentro para encender su luz porque creen firmemente que cada individuo es único con un gran regalo esperando ser compartido con el mundo.
Alpha Teen Coach ofrece actualmente apoyo tanto a padres como a adolescentes, y ahora va un paso más allá al ayudar a los adolescentes en entornos escolares, concretamente en el antiguo internado de Sandy en Francia. En estrecha colaboración con terapeutas, especialistas y expertos, el programa se dedica a ayudar a los adolescentes a prosperar y a fortalecer sus vínculos familiares.
