TeachXcelerator  (Sandra (Sandy) MORZADEC & Nikita WALKER)  may, by written notice to you, terminate any programs or services, or any part thereof, if you breach any of the terms and conditions or any agreement. 

By ways of example, (a) failure by you to make timely, complete and conforming payment according to the program of service you purchased, or (b) breach of the representations or warranties set forth in these terms and conditions or any other agreement, shall entitle Alpha Teen Coach to terminate its business relation with you.

If any agreement is terminated for cause,  TeachXcelerator  shall have no payment obligation to you. 

Moreover, there will be no reimbursement of payments you already made and, in the event a payment plan was agreed upon, you will remain liable for the full payment.

SECTION 15 – TERMINATION FOR CONVENIENCE

You may, by written notice to  TeachXcelerator terminate all or part of any agreement, for any or no reason, for your convenience. Upon notice of termination, you shall immediately stop using any program and/or service pursuant to any agreement. 

If you terminate for convenience, you shall pay any remaining outstanding balance, if any, for any program or service you purchase. 

If you terminate for convenience before the end of a program or service, 'us'  TeachXcelerator will have no obligation to reimburse any amount paid the whole as liquidated damages.

SECTION 16 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECCIÓN 17 - REEMBOLSOS

Si decide que un programa no es para usted 72 horas antes del comienzo del programa y ya ha realizado el pago de la mitad o la totalidad del curso, "nosotros" TeachXcelerator le reembolsaremos parcialmente el 50% del monto total pagado por adelantado.

Cualquier otro monto no es reembolsable y para pagos realizados a la mitad o en su totalidad, una vez transcurridas 72 horas (antes de la fecha de inicio del programa), a menos que se indique lo contrario, todos los artículos y programas adquiridos son 100% NO REEMBOLSABLES.

SECTION 18 - PAYMENTS ON PROGRAMS

Además de lo establecido en el apartado 17, o en cualquier otro apartado de los presentes términos y condiciones, se conviene que:

You are responsible to pay the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay for any program you purchase, regardless if you leave the program, do not complete it in the time-frame provided, or don't use the container at all or for whatever other purpose set out in the present terms and conditions.

If you were not able to pay in full for a program and require a payment plan you are still responsible for the full purchase price of the program originally agreed to. If you are purchasing the 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12-month program on a payment plan, and you choose to terminate your agreement before your 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12-month  agreement has completed, you will be responsible for paying the difference of the full price for the program that has taken place since you registered 

If payments are late or you fail to make a payment, we reserve the right to remove you from all programs, and from the ‘us’ TeachXcelerator where applicable, until payments are again current unless such payment default is remedied within seven (7) days from receiving a notice to that effect.. 

Reiteramos que, como se menciona en las secciones 17 y 18 de los presentes términos y condiciones, también nos reservamos el derecho de terminar su acuerdo y usted será responsable de pagar la diferencia del precio total de cada programa que haya tenido lugar desde que registró el conjunto como daños liquidados.

‘Us’ TeachXcelerator reserves the right to provide Live and pre-recorded program and does not guaranteed their availability during the term of the contract as needed although TeachXcelerator retains the right to provide pre-recorded programs as needed.

Nothing herein shall limit ’us’ TeachXcelerator from seeking payment for any chargeback or credit card disputes made by you at anytime.

By accepting the terms of this agreement, you agree to never dispute any charges already paid, no matter the payment vehicle. (Example: Paypal, Stripe, bank transfer, etc.)
